Delete your Seek N Hire account
You can delete your Seek N Hire account, and the personal data that comes with it, at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
In the Seek N Hire app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. Advertisers also enter the code we email them.
On the website
- Sign in at seek-n-hire.com.
- Open Account settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Can't sign in?
Email support@seeknhire.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.
What happens to your data
- Your account is closed straight away and you are signed out on every device.
- For 7 days you can change your mind and restore it from the link in our email.
- After 7 days we permanently erase your name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, photo, résumé, profile (work experience, education, certificates, projects), saved cards, devices and notifications. Your job posts and advertisements are taken down.
- Records of payments and invoices are kept, without your name, for as long as tax law requires.
- A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled there, or the store will keep charging it.
